Character Cloning Bug

I'm trying to make a map where a player can remotely spawn an actor anywhere on their screen, using triger ops: 'MoveRegionToInitiatorCursor', 'MakeGunExecTriggerOnFire', and 'CloneCharInRegion(Centre/RandomY)'

It all works fine until I try to jump and spawn at once. The screen jerks down and right, becoming locked there as long as the affected character is selected, and all the components of the skin overlap each other and are locked at the map editor origin. Other actors that touch affected player are also bunched up but simply hop around.
Tested the map logged off and on a different pc, no change.

Could someone help me figure out what's going on?

A trigger that is called by a fired gun cannot have a cloning parameter.

This can be worked around by having that trigger activate a timer with 0 delay, who calls a trigger on timeout with the cloning parameter.
