Flash abode is like expring each time I play PB2

So when I like play PB2 its saying I have tor reactivate my flash abode each time I play can someone tell me why this is doing that or at least show how me how to get to allow it to run without it asking me to keep running it idk?

That icon before the website's address leads you there.

Also, if you're on chrome, then type chrome://plugins/ in your address bar and find Flash Player and set it to "Allowed to run".

It wont let me tho because Im using Firefox and its totally different so how do I this on Firefox so I wont have to keep reallowing it to run?
