Setting value of a variable to 1, if not, 0 | Bug

There are variable triggers which are called the following: Set value of variable 'A' to 1 if _________ and to 0 in else case.
Turns out these have 2 parameters. What does the second parameter do?

Set variable ''A'' to 1 if it includes variable ''B'', if not then 0. Simple.

"Set value of variable 'A' to 1 if game is in multiplayer and to 0 in else case" Is one example. It's a trigger action that looks at data with a true or false probability. There would be no use for a second parameter.

some trigger does not work of second parameter you set it if they 0 it will like bugged
