Notification sound

On the computer my notification sound goes off but when I use mobile I can't hear pms channel being bumped or if my name is clicked no sound goes off why is this happening when I use mobile?

The browser you are using on mobile isn't built the same as on PC. I am fairly sure the chat just simply isn't compatible on that browser.

Could be fixed but it would honestly be a real hassle, not worth the time if you ask me.
