One of my friends cant not go on chat cuz it wont load the page for him his name is AI Robot http://prnt.sc/dim0rb. Why is it happening for him?

Also it won't let him go on chat not sure if there is an error.

Im using chrome and its been happening since 3 or 4 days ago probably And no i don't lag on Google Chrome like some others do.
