You cant Entirely get a rid of all of the lag But here are a few ways to get a rid of some lag.

Download Maxthon, Get a better wifi Connection, If you have Junk on your computer you should get a rid of it. Etc.

Well. I guess the browsers such as Mozilla Firefox and Google chrome are not the cause since they're almost the same. I guess the problem is in your modem or wireless card in case of WiFi. Or you cable and regular card. Try to check and root your device. This will be useful.

Note: It is possible to download safari. Just go to apple website and choose safari in version that suite you.

when i lag, a connection issue box spawned and stops the game, it causes more delay

edit :
to algerian commander : the only safari i get for windows is the VERY OUTDATED version, wich will lag 10 times mozilla and 5 times chrome ping rate( apple is freaking evil )

the lag is freaking awesome ( 1520-3700 )
