Ping is ridiculously unstable now

Postby Videogames73 » 29 November 2017, 00:48

Has anyone noticed their ping has fluctuated between 100-500 in the span of 5 seconds since the update? I don't have 3rd world european internet I have 60mbps download and an upload of 6mbps consistently. I just want to make sure it's just not me.

3rd worlders with normal 600 pings need not apply.

Maybe its just your internet provider?
I usually have a stable ping of 200 ~ 250.
I don't see my ping spike constantly.
Although I do notice that some other players do spike more often than before.

I am pretty sure he was just trying to explain something. There is no need to be rude.

Nope, no change in ping. Seems like the '3rd world european internet' is superior to yours ;)

200-250 ping is pathetic. Only filthy euroshits and asian ISPs would allow such garbage. My ping is capable of sub 100.

He was asserting that the latest update's effect on the multiplayer's connection speed shouldn't be included in the general discussion. That's something that a european with an IQ of 85 would say. The only appropriate way to talk to people of his intellect is down.

Nope, my ping is stable, with the numbers being between 250-350, and it's been always like that for me, and do not bring down/upload speeds since they're completely separate

You can technically live in areas near the servers or countries which make your internet speeds look like shit compared to them and still have 600 ping as your normal ping. Don't think 600 ping is normal just for your so-called "3rd worlders"

He was pointing out that down/upload speed are not related to ping in a Flash game, and you say you'll discard it. I think you should really deserve a break from PB2 if your behaviour is like that.

Not only you're being extremely rude, but also disrespectful. What would you say if you had to play with ping 200-350 24/7?

What would you think if I'd say your own IQ is below 76 and when you find it out being actually true?

This is what he actually said:

and this is what you said:

He said that up/download speeds are completely separate from latency and shouldn't be related to it. He wasn't trying to suppress you, more like vice versa.

Ain't that the truth...
