Depends on the pms you send people if you're going to send people irrelevant pms then why bother to answer.

I think it's pretty annoying. Not just on PB2, but in general (sometimes people don't respond to inboxes, emails, texts, etc.) and it's like, why? If you're busy, could you not take ten seconds to type that you're busy or you'll get back to me later?

Unless it's something really dumb, I don't understand why sometimes people don't respond to messages

They're probably busy, disinterested, or they didn't see it. Or, maybe, just maybe. You may have 'recieve pm's' disabled on your account, so they cannot reply

My pm reply activity was %100 but it dropped down to 94 so yeah Ill answer almost any message you'll send me if its something important or picks up a conversation, but if its irrelevant Im closing it no sense of me answering it.

Sometimes its not worth it to answer some pm (Insults, hacks and others) while sometimes i didn't go online for 1 month (you realize i'm not up for about a month right)

It's fun to respond to PM's, especially if they were from someone close to one. Unfortunately, sometimes they don't respond because of the reasons stated above.

However, when it comes to ignoring...I'd be upset xD

Depends on the context. I'll admit that I purposefully do this: I "ignore" most PMs because I'm not only too lazy to respond but I'm also not interested in responding, especially when I'm doing something. I'll read PMs but that's probably it, though if you contact me directly with a legitimate reason, I'll consider replying

here on pb2 there's also the fact that some people allow pm's from everyone and some who don't allow it from people, so when someone like me (allows pm's from everyone) gets a pm from someone who doesn't allow pm's, how are you supposed to respond

also in terms of discord, it's like when people join a mutual server/friend you just to send a pm, then leave the server/unfriend you and then you can't pm them because that's the only way to pm people through discord

The only PM's I get are Friend requests or map help.
I ignore the friend requests since I only accept people who I've been in company with.
I always respond to map help.

but I think there's a good reason on why people do not respond to PM's, it can be that the PM is annoying, disturbing or meaningless.
