We're obviously going down. This game's pretty trash and I wouldn't be surprised if everyone just moved on.

nice topic dear kman910. plazma burst 2 from one point it goes up because there are people who try this game and afterwards they register as users but from other point it goes down due many people leave plazma burst 2

I think it is some sort of stagnation at this point, almost the same amount of people who join- and are leaving.

We are staying the same in my opinion, but we are at a low point for sure since the game has been out for sooo long

this game is dead in terms of active players other than people in the top 100, and some of those are even people using 2 accounts on it, and has no where near the same amount of players it had a year< ago, but hey man hopefully some of them come back or 2.5 (:

it's a 2d flash game that managed to still hit 100+ players online as of being out for almost a decade.

i'm happy to have achieved something on it and i'm happy to BE a part of it.

Yeah, this game is pretty much going down all right. I feel like ever since 2016 the game started dying and many players just come and go. But now Plazma Burst 2.5 is coming, then of course this game will become even more dead than before. But really, at least we all have had some fun somewhere in our lives.

I think through late 2016 and at this time in 2017, the community population remained pretty much static for quite some time, but you can't deny that it would slowly come to a downfall in terms of population.

And if anyone is wondering, the community often does not contain more than 350 players in multiplayer at this point.

It is right to think that PB2.5 when that comes out would bring many players back to the game itself, but many players that used to play including most of my friends would probably stay hidden from the Plazma Burst world itself, since they had long moved on from it.

To me, not quite a lot.

The game had about 3,000 to 4,500 players in multiplayer, to me the defines a lot of players and that was from years ago. Look at the population we have now compared to the past.

I wouldn't say 350 is a whole lot for a community that is about less than small, either way it still has a ton of players on it.

What kind of question is this? Games over time are going to go down in the end eventually and this one isn't an exception. PB2 is facing a steady decline for a few years now and it still is, even if that decline is becoming slower by the day

i left and came back to plazmaburst. it was one of my first multi-player games, and years later still one of my most played.
up/down plazmaburst will never die!

In my opinion we are not going either way, mainly because I don't see less or more people online compared to the same month of the last year.

Of course, this game is old, so it is normal for it to not be very popular. We are pretty popular compared to other games of the same release date, though. That's what some people forget.

PB2 is going down in my opinion. I agree with hik: its going down slowly but steadily. Also, all games will face an end some day.
