He is referring to the campaign mode. When you press c in campaign it levitates objects.
And he doesn't mean to add an ability to the letter c. He is asking for more abilities in general like that one.

I do want to see characters with different special abilities ..
It would be cool and epic..
I would want to see others make maps about it too..

But well, I also feel like there should be 1-2 more 'abilities' in Singleplayer but to be honest I think there aren't many opportunities for adding such features - I mean, the Kinetic Module is already useless and I can't think of something 'better'.

The Time Warp is a really nice addition though..

I think additional abilities apart from the kinetic module (Telekinesis - C) would be nice. Maybe something like a personal shield (Not the shield grenade, they weren't that good). Not much is coming to thought for now. This is a good topic though.

In single player I'd like to see plenty more of these, in MP make them optional add-ons for the mapmaker to experiment with but don't add them into every match. We want some matches to be simple shoot-em-up PB2.

I like that idea. Like if you gave the falkok Phoenix a juggernaut ability cause he us really slow. And maybe the usurpation can get like a distraction where the hit b and it forces the character to look at a spot for a certain amount of time. Of course we need to limit this power so its not so op or annoying. We could use the energy bar where it takes a lot more energy per sec.

I think adding these power-ups as a constant for the entire game would alter gameplay too much, and I don't think it would be balanced.

The best thing to do is implement power-ups as a mapmaking option so it's up to the mapmaker to decide who has what ... or perhaps even allow the mapmaker to alter the strength of the power-up to create their own balance.
