I am really looking forward for that skin editor. It'll surely give players a new way to innovate (or maybe the lack thereof).

I love the idea of making PB2 better again but most players have quitted, i just wonder how would they play PB2 again :)

I really like the idea of removing self boost cuz its overused by players these days, i also hope eric creates an uneditable fps frames system.

Dude, the problem is the robots has blood holes? Cmon, Eric Gurt.. Make the robot's blood hole look like a shattered metal that will be broken. But i like the entirely great thing;SKIN EDITOR, YEAaAaah!
I also like to do an Android which is fast. Its not a human.. Green blood, Blue Face, Light Green Metal body, thats it i wanna edit for a skin when the update comes.

Eric is adding selfboost though. He is only getting rid of wall-jumping which will be replaced by jetpacks.


Removing wall jumps? why?

Wall jump is one of the things that made this game special, so wall jumping should stay in PB2.5. Replacing movement options is basicaly adding nothing to movement options, just replacing. but adding jetpacks without removing wall jump now thats TRULEY expanding something new to movement options.

DONT remove wall jump. then what about the maps that does not have jetpacks? even there we will not able to wall jump?

Execalty what i was talking about. Removing it is just downright stupid.

So PB2 have wall jump, PB2.5 dont have one, It's basicaly a downgrade to remove the possibilities that the previous game had from the new game, that is why It's just downright stupid idea to remove wall-jumping.

Wall jumping shouldn't be removed since it has contributed to many skills that are required when it came to saws/traps :l

Would be awesome if all projectiles such as bullets, ray gun/rifle projectile, BNG projectile, Rockets/Missiles, plasma gun bloom projectiles, i.e all exeisting gun projectiles will have trail effect.

Someone can send it to eric in twitter to ask if he is going to implent this to PB2.5?

It is damage text. When you hit a player, you will see the damage you did with every shot.

I really like the blood particals, the 3D, the skin editor

its like the update we were waiting for since 2013

I can't wait to try it.

I wonder if eric re-designed the physics engine as well.

Also what is the point of keeping PB2 if PB2.5 is a remake of PB2 and not a continuation?

I mean eveyone will play only PB2.5, no one will play PB2 as simply as PB2.5 is "Better" than PB2.

What if PB2.5 would fail? Although I'm pretty sure that Eric is doing his best, such possibility should be kept in mind.

Its better to keep both since some players would want to stay in pb2 for various reasons. But I'm not sure what Eric is planning at the moment in terms of keeping pb2 or not. But I assume he is.

Yes, he will make a new physics engine. He already said that it feels different than PB2's physics.

Well if Eric wants to keep the original PB2, i have nothing against that. Just dont see the point of keeping it if we have the Remake wich is basicaly going to be better than PB2.

Well, its good to have pb2 as a memory since pb2 has been around for 4 years, lets not just remove it. Good memories.

Yeah because Eric worked hard on pb2 for the past 4 years, theres no real reaosn to just close it off.
