What's the secret behind the cs ghost?
We all know this guy is invisible, but one thing bothers me:
when you drop a weapon, it's visible to all, when it's equipped it's invisible to enemies.
If it's just the armor (or device), the weapons should be visible, not the other way around.
Maybe, the cs weaponry is also modified? Well, no, other guns are invisible too!
Could it mean, that the wearer can make any weapon transparent when they touch it?

Note: CS ghosts are humans, although their blood has different color, must've been from the cloak ability

Hmmm, in my opinion the blood of this guys is full of special liquid capable to make the owner transparent because of influence of the suit. Without the liquid only the suit will be invisible.

About weapons. In gloves the sprayer of the liquid is installed. The liquid sticks to any weapon and makes it invisible only when it is on Ghost suit.

Been a while since I've posted here so I figured I'd drop something here.

CS Ghosts are modified humans according to Eric. It's likely that their suit also affects weapons and gear held by them; maybe in a certain radius. Either way weapons aren't modified to work with the suit, that much is clear.
who needs a PB2.5 release date, anyways?

I mean that their cloaking system covers both their suit and what they're holding; like a weapon. It'd only go to a certain radius or length, so Ghosts wouldn't be grabbing onto a vehicle and the entire thing being covered by the field.


...or its just some simple video game logic.
who needs a PB2.5 release date, anyways?

Here's a very simple solution:

A rifle bag. The CS Ghost simply carries a gun-sized sleeve made of the same cloaking materials as the suit, and slips his weapon into it when equipped. He can then fire the gun through the sleeve, by sticking his arm in out end, but both he and the gun is invisible to observation.

Good thing weapons don't need to reload otherwise it would be tricky.
