Forum Signatures

Postby DoomWrath » 17 January 2017, 14:58

Hello Community!

Forum signatures have been re-enabled across all non-functional discussion boards. Signatures will remain disabled in the Ban Appeals section, and in the Games Area. Forum signatures are designed to be a way to sign off a post you have written with a small phrase or image. In the past, forum signatures often were far larger than the posts they were attached to, making navigating a topic more tiresome.

The following are allowed in signatures:
- Any PB2 appropriate, non-offensive text
- A PB2 appropriate, non-offensive image

The following limits are in place for security and aesthetic reasons:
- A maximum character limit of 300 (this does not apply to most BBCode)
- A maximum image height of 80 pixels OR text height of 3 lines.
- Direct links are disallowed
- Users with lower than 3 posts are disallowed signatures

Any signatures found to be in breach of these limits will be removed without warning. You will have a grace period of 7 days from the date of this post to remove or replace any old signatures.

Please view the official rules on signatures in the Plazma Burst 2 Code of Conduct.

We look forward to seeing your signatures!

Today is the end of the grace period. Please ensure your signatures follow the forum requirements. Oversize signatures may be deleted or edited, multiple signatures have already been modified.

In future we will have a look at modifying the signature requirements, however for now they will stay fixed.

Thank you.
